Modern bookcase / credenza combo

Solid wood hutch/bookcase - $100 (McLean)

This is a great looking credenza / bookcase combo that would add great storage and style to your home.  And this is a great deal - you are unlikely to find something of this size and style for anywhere near $100.  If you have the space and are looking for storage solutions, this is a great piece. 

There is no indication of the condition but it looks at least pretty good in the photo. Worth a look!

China Cabinet - $40 (Eastern Loudoun County)

Can you guess what the bottom half of this china cabinet looks like??  Well, me neither... But the blonde/wheat stain and style of the one visible drawer make me think this could be a great mid-century piece.

It's been up for a week already and I bet you could get the seller to send more photos and describe the condition.... for $40 it is definitely worth finding out!

China cabinets are a great combination of display space and storage, and make great use of vertical space with a minimal footprint.  (Although they are a bitch to move if the top doesn't come off)
